MAP132.DLL corrupt or wrong version

Outlook 2003 will not open. Message "MAP!#@DLL is corrupt or wrong
version.....reinstall Outlook" I did this, no help.
 
Ok, if you need help solving the issue you might want to provide more
information on what you did before this happened.
