map drive as different user on web server

How do I make drive mappings always available for use by a third party FTP
server? The FTP service is running as a domain user that has power user
status on the server, I would prefer for the mapped attachment to the share
to run as this same user. It also needs to be available to the service
after an unattended reboot. Is this best done with a script that runs at
startup, a scheduled job, or will a net use from the command line suffice
and the persistence hold? A login script is no good, for the obvious reason
that no-one is to log in.

Set it up with the Task scheduler as a boot time task.
