Access only lets one person on the database at a time,
and I know the reason why.
The question is can we take off that security and let as
many people in.



This is the reason why.
Part of that database is going to be open 24 hours a day
One of the forms is going to be open 24 hours a day
importating items and the other forms will only be open
by one person during the day.

How do I let access let me have many users open access.

Under Tools, Options, Advanced, make sure that your
default open mode is shared instead of exclusive.

Also, in the forms and tables, you shoudl ensure that the
forms, tables, etc.. have no locks setup as default.

Based on this, multiple people shoudl be able to access
and modify information within a database.
