Manualy disabling unresolved dependency.

I know that this was already discussed but,

MS should consider implementing super advanced option check box that will
allow us to see dependency for every component in TD, and optionally to
disable it. Something like macro component.

There could be warning during the build that there is at least N components
with some disabled dependency. But in my opinion this would be better that
having to check if warning count changed.

With this option we could continue to use auto resolve dependency option
without worry.
