Manually insert a signature into an outlook email

I can't find my new signature when I try the below method. There is no more
option. I see where you could potentially have a signatuer, but I don't have
any......

Using Microsoft Outlook as your e-mail editor

In the open message, click where you want to insert the signature in the
message body.
On the Insert menu, point to Signature, and then click the signature that
you want.
If the signature that you want is not listed, click More, and in the
Signature box, select the signature that you want to use.
 
Make sure you set it up correctly in Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures
and saved it.
