Manual Rebuild DC

This is the problem:

2 servers windows 2000 dc,
the first pdc crashed and the only thing left is hard disk data
(nothing else).
The second one has this problem executing netdiag:

How can i rebuild manually the second server getting the files from
del first server 2000 pdc harddisk?

First ensure DNS is setup properly on the remaining DC.
Install DNS and point the machine to itself, then restart the netlogon
service.
Open DNS console ensure we have a zone for the domain.

This is not a good thing.

I would recommend rebooting after this, and get another DCdiag just to see
where you stand with remaining error messages.
