manual download and distribution of signature updates

is there as way to maually download new definitions and then distribute them
to selected machines? I have several machines I want defender to run on but
they do not have access to the Internet.

It's not so much that they may be infected with spyware, but that windows
defender can stop some things from running etc when they're installed.
I know that in my case I have a problem with it not being able to autoupdate
through our proxy, so I'll be manually downloading until there's an option to
get past that in a future revision.
