Hi,

anybody pls help me?

I had 'administrator' user account on windows XP proff edition.

I created a new user 'cws' with administrator previlage.

It should have listed both administrator and cws in user accounts, but this
is not happening.

I can see only 'cws' accounts. when I open user profiles I can see
administrator and cws both listed. if I try create account by name
'administrator' I am getting message as this account name already exists.

can anybody help me onj how to sort out this problem?

thanks, regards

You use the welcome screen logon.
When you created the second account, it hid the administrator account.

Reboot - at the welcome screen press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice, then the classic
logon entry will come up and you can type in "administrator" for the
username (sans the quotes) and the password (if any) for said account.
