How can I assign tasks and status/receive updates from asignees without
having them e-mailed? I utilize Office 2003. I already receive too many
e-mails! Thank you! Mindy

How can I assign tasks and status/receive updates from asignees without
having them e-mailed? I utilize Office 2003. I already receive too many
e-mails!

Have them call you on the phone. Outlook transmits its updates via email. if
you don't like email, speaking with the assignees is the only other way.
