Managing multiple profiles

This should be a common situation, so hopefully the answer is easy...

I use a notebook computer in several locations. My mail client is Outlook
2003, not using Exchange Server connectivity. For each, I can use the same
POP3 server, but the SMTP server is different. Thus, I need to create
multiple accounts and pick the appropriate one when I click send.

In addition, I need to use different signatures for different messages. Note
that this is not as simple as at location A use signature A, at location B
use signature B. I need to be able to use all signatures at all locations.

Is there an easy way to manage this? Note that I use MS Word as my email
message editor.

Thank you.

This seems easy to me. What do you find needs improvement and how does this
tie into the subject of the post, which references "pfofiles", when here
you're describing multiple accounts, which isn't the same thing.

Why not define all your signatures and just choose the one you want when you
compose the message? That's what I do. I find it quite simple, especially
since signatures are account-specific in Outlook 2003.
