Managing hundreds of PPT files

I'm looking for a solution to help me manage thousands of PPT and image
assets for a 150 person Advertising/Promotions agency. We have about 7 years
of assets which are constantly being updated. We create about 75 New Business
and Capabilities presentations a year. Our library continues to grow with
Case Studies, creative image samples, and the presentations themselves.

Does anyone know of a server-side application or some kind of software to
help in this situation? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

There are several programs like this out there; try googling "powerpoint slide
library" for starters.

I think Extensis Portfolio may be able to deal with PPT as well
