Managing Discussion Group Postings

I recently added a discussion group to our neighborhood association
website, mvna.net, using FP 2000.
It works fine on thr website, but I cannot seem to access postings to
edit or delete them.

I have tried modifying the Form Properties on the
discussionfolder_post.htm file as suggested by Help, to no avail.
Currently it is set to the default
Send to Other: Discussion Form Handler,
but the posting files are not downloaded to the folder I specified.

Is there some way I can access and modify the files on my server from
within FrontPage?
