Managing Client Computers!!

Hi,

Can anybody indicate me to a place where I could get information on how to
setup my network so I can manage client computers through my Server (Active
Directory maybe)?

I have a Server running Win 2003 and 5 clients running different versions
of Windows (XP, XP Pro, ME, NT). The domain is set, each client has an IP
and can share folders and files.

I want to be able to defyne who can access Control Panel, install
softwares or stuff like that through my server.

This will be done through group policy on the
server.Either through the group policy snap in (if
installed) or, open AD/right click a
container/properties/group policy tab
