manage junk and phising folders

I have e-mails from friends that go to the junk or phising boxes. How do I
get the program to have these come to the Inbox?
 
Outlook has a junk mail folder, any other folder phising or spam is added by
your anti virus/malaware app that is intergrated with outlook
You would need to look at the options provided by these

Outlook has no "phishing" folder. It has a "Junk E-mail" folder. If your
friends' messages are getting moved to that folder, add their addresses to
the Safe Sender list.
