I need to know the procedure to present the Man Hours Saved on a particular
process.

For Example: If 10 people are taking 1 hours to process a particular process
and the same process has reduced to 45 minutes after introducing process
improvements.

The above presentation should be in a template or statement format which can
be presented to the Management.
 
You could tabulate the data like this for example

Process Number Time Old Time New Total Old Total New
Make Widgets 10 01:00 00:45 10:00 07:30
Plant Repair 5 01:15 01:12 06:15 06:00


and then make a chart of columns A, the process, and E and F, the previous
total times and the new total times.
