Will Windows Defender remove a trojan virus called Spyblocked? May have been
installed through fake Media Codecs.

Hello Max,

Submit it via the process noted in Windows Defender Help, or here:
Report a possible spyware problem to Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/support/reportspyware.mspx

Thanks for the report. Can you follow the spyware submission instructions
in the help to make sure WD have your samples if you still have them?
Also, what AV are you running? Usually, flat out malware like this is in
your AV signatures.

For the benefit of the community reading this post, please rate the pºst.

I hope this post is helpful.

Let us know how it works ºut.

I used free download "Superspyware" with Mozilla Firebox browser and scanned
in safe mode. Quarantined all and working fine. Thanks people.
