Hi,

When I try to download something from a web page, www.download.com for example, the download doesn't start, and then this page: http://www.best-search.info/1526/ comes. It looks like a spyware or so, so I run Ad-aware and Spyboot, but still it occurs.

Any idea?

Go here http://aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.exe and download cwshredder.
Run it.

Once you've run it delete the file hosts (there is no suffix, simply hosts)
from the windows\system32\drivers\etc directory.

Once you've done that, Launch AdAware and run the online update then let it
scan. Post AdAware run, launch Spybot, update it and let it run.
**IMPORTANT** Always update AdAware and Spybot before running them.

If that doesn't work then download HijackThis from
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe and run it in scan mode only. Do
*NOT* attempt to fix problems with HijackThis unless you are extremely
familiar with the inner workings of the system. Doing the wrong thing with
HijackThis can cause you major problems. Instead, post the log to
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30 and wait for advice on how to
proceed. Failure to seek advice on HijackThis when you do not understand
what is being presented is not a good thing.
