I changed over to using the two Windows programs MS Antispyware and the new
Windows One Care Beta. Both of them have let me down three times in the past
two weeks. Let me see there was spyware axe , spyware Falcon , and another
one that I can remember the name right now. Come on guys! I'm begining to
beleave that you have let these programs out to soon, just to be putting
something out there even if it's not ready. I would like to have a new group
just for ONE CARE LIVE. that would be nice.

I can tell you that both teams have every intention of covering the two
items that you name--and probably the one you didn't. In fact, those two
are close cousins, I believe--same folks behind them.
