Malware Bytes--Quick Scan??

I always do the full scan.

I'm just wondering if that's overkill.

Assuming I clean the cache, run my Avira A-V and all looks good, should I
just do a quick scan (or maybe a full scan every so often and a quick scan
other times?)

I never bother to do a "quick" scan,
because the "full" scan is fast enough for me.
I scan twice per week (and also with SAS)

(quick and dirty?)
