You would probably be better off with some direct help--either from a forum
specializing with malware removal, or, if you wish, directly from Microsoft

infections, or spyware problems. If you are elsewhere in the world, the
call may not be toll-free, but you can call the nearest number for fee-based
Microsoft support, and ask for the free help as described above.
