Making Windows ask me if I'd like it to remember my password

On the initial visit to some sites, when setting up my username and password, Windows asks me if I want it to remember my password next time. What if I say no then change my mind later? Windows never asks again. How do I make Windows ask me that again?
 
Internet Options, Content tab, AutoComplete and uncheck "remember username
and password on forms".
