Making VCD

I'm trying to make a VCD that can be played in most DVD players. I already finished the video, but I don't know how to put it on a VCD. Am I using the CD burner or the DVD burner or some other devices? Please help

Mike, I use something call MyDVD software which allows me to burn VCD's using my CD burner. Works fine with menus and such. But, it's limited by the amount of space you can put on a CD-R (700mb). They do have a demo avilable for download if you wish.
