Making systray icons re-appear

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to make system tray icons reappear
after explorer crashes? I know you can logout/login but I am wondering if
there is a faster way (or a utility, preferably freeware).

Thanks.
 
Since the Icons are populated when each "application" starts you would
have to "restart" each aplication to put those Icons back.
