making start/allprograms alphabetical?

In XP Pro SP2, how do I re-order the Start6/All Programs menu
alphabetically? I have searched high and low and can't find the answer
- seems a basic requirement to me.

TIA
 
Start..all programs..right click on a program name and then sort by name.
