Can I make powerpoint speak like I can with excel? and will it work in an
..mht web file?

Hi Kevin,

Yes, you can add voice to a PowerPoint presentation, but I would caution
restraint. Voice (and even characters) in a presentation can be used to
create a strong effect; but like with any animations, overdoing it will
undermine the presentation message.

It is possible to make powerpoint speak your notes but fortunately it's quite
difficult!!
