Run the bootitng.exe from the downloaded .zip file, and take the 'create
ISO image' option to make the image.
Run Nero, take New on the left and look down for the CD-ROM(Boot) icon.
In the Boot page that comes up, select Image file and Browse to the
folder where the bootitng.iso is. You will have to select the File type
as 'All files' in the open dialog to see it.
Then click New and you will get the regular window where you can put
files to be seen as if on a regular CD. There isn't really any point in
this case, unless you happened to have an image of a partition made
using BING - this might be worth it if burning a DVD.
Then go to Burn, and take the Disk at once option
