making company logo in sig in OL2000 default

Hi
I'd like to add our company logo to emails sent by all our staff. I
understand how to add a signature and place an image in it but just got a few
questions:

As far as I can tell there is no way to have this sig just on mail sent
external to our domain, is this correct?
Should I be using HTML or Rich-text?
Is there an easy way to make this default for all users on our network?

As far as a signature goes, I would instead consider adding a disclaimer to
all outgoing mail. Many companies do this now and some even include a company
logo.
I would also discourage the use of Rich Text Format since this is a format
specific to Outlook. Only Outlook reads it properly and it can cause issues
for non-Outlook users especially when it comes to attachments.
