making an .exe a service

I think I remember a utility in the NT Resourse Kit that
would allow you to take a program (.exe)and turn it into a
service to startup automatically when Windows is started.
Is there a way in Win2K server to do this or is there a
utility to do this? Thanks you help and time!!

Supplement One of the Server reskit contains SrvAny that will
do this. See tip 3277 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com
for the lost of programs and an order button for this $39
product.
