Making a "form" with MS Word

What I meant to say was: After I get the questions
aligned the way I want them apper, I can't use the tab
key or the enter key to go to the next wquestion. If I
try to do that, the format shifts, the questions move,
and I am left with a mess..............not a nice,
orderly form .
