Making a Back-up of Sent folder

I need to make a back-up of the emails in my Sent folder (my ISP retains a
duplicate of my Inbox so there is no issue with received emails).
How can I do this?

With Outlook closed simply copy the data file, the *.pst
Or visit MS Outlook site and install the free backup addin
(PS you cannot rely on your ISP retained mail)

My search found two data files: Outlook.pst and Archive.pst which I have
now made copies of.
