Making 1 big excel file 10 small files

I have to a list of contacts into groups of 100, is there a way excel can do
that faster then just having to cut and paste into new files? A divide comand
or something? Please Help!

Thanks

It's slightly easier to copy the file 10 times,
then delete the parts you don't want in each new file.
Less chance for mistakes, too.
