Make User Administrator over computers in OU

I want to make a user the administrator of the computers within an OU.

I created an new OU
Created a New User inside that OU
and then moved a computer to that OU.
I then gave the User full control over that computer.

When I login to that computer it only see's that login as a domain user.

How can I make it an Administrator over that OU only?

the Restricted GP is rather vage.
I'm not sure how to set it.
