make toolbar bigger to show all macro buttons at one time

have a bunch of macro buttons on toolbar. need to drop down or up toolbar
size to show them all at one time
 
If the toolbar is parked then it will only display as many tools as will fit
across the screen. If it is floating, you can drag the corners to make it
multi-line. Or you can add a New Menu (or New Menus) to the toolbar from
Tools > Customize and move your tools to that menu or menus.
