Make speaker notes visible for me only

I have a presentation with notes which I need to e-mail to a colleague for
her to review, but I don't want her to be able to see the speaker notes.
Publishing it on the internet is not an option for me.

Any suggestions?

It depends how serious you are about the colleague not seeing the notes.
For example, you could save it as a PowerPoint Show (*.pps). When she
opens the slide show, it should open automatically in Slide Show View.
Chances are good that she won't see the speaker notes, but she could
still open PowerPoint first and then open the file to see them. The
other alternative is to write the file to a PDF file or send it to Word,
using one of the options that doesn't show the speaker notes. Finally,
you could just save a copy of the presentation and delete all the
speaker notes from the copy.

Thanks, John, for responding.

Before I posted my question, I *did* try that vba solution. I followed the
instructions and it seemed liked I set it up correctly, but when I tried to
run it nothing happened.

<sigh> I'm just vba-challenged.

However, I can still delete the comments one slide at a time.

Thanks again for your help. :)

You will need to delete the notes and save with a new name.
