Hello,
I have been trying to make a hyperlink clickable in the header section, I
know how to create a hyperlink, my document has them and they work, but they
do not work on the header.

How do I make them "clickable"?

There is no way on earth to click a hyperlink in a header, unless the header
view is opened first.

But you can put the hyperlink in a frame or text box, and position it on top
of the header area; that way, it appears to be inside the header. Of course,
such a link won't be repeated on each page.
