make footer name unchangeable in power point

I do a lot of power points for work, and want to keep my name on them at all
times, like a copywrite.
 
I don't know how you create your backgrounds but you could place your
copyright on the image then Format > Background to insert the image.

Another way is to go to your slide master, View Header Footer then type your
copyright in here. This is not indelible but a lot of regular users of
PowerPoint don't know to dive in this deep.
 
In addition to Sandy's suggestion, if you want to protect your entire
presentation, you could deliver the presentation as JPG images. Save As and
choose one of the image types as the File Type. Then, create a new
presentation and use the Photo Album feature to insert all of the images. In
this way, people can't make any changes. This won't keep any animation,
hyperlinks, etc, of course.
