Make database "data entry only"

I want to share my database with another user...I don't want him to change
the objects, just the data. How do I do this?
 
One very common solution is to use an MDE version of your database. Users
can create queries, but not create/change forms and reports. Use the
"Tools-Database Utilities-Make MDE" menu.
