make bulleted items appear with a click

my boss wants to do a powerpoint presentation where the title and the logos
are on the slide when it appears, then she wants to lick the mouse and have
the first bulleted item appear, then at her discreation, click the mouse
again to have the second bulleted item appear. Any thoughts?
