make a phone call from outlook and utilize headset

Two issues.

1). I want to make phone calls from outlook and use my headset connected to
the modem to converse.

2). I receive an "Internal error occured in phone dialer" whenever I try to
dial from contacts.

Note: My modem appears to be working properly, I can dial from "Hyper
Terminal' with no problem.

Thanks for any help provided!!!!!

I don't know about your second question, but as for the first -- Outlook can
only dial calls, it can't be used to actually facilitate the conversation.
