Major XP Issue Need Help!!

Hi

I have Win XP Pro w/SP1
There are 3 user profiles when I boot up. When I select any of them the PC
starts to boot to the profile (for about 3 secs) then says saving settings
and returns me to the Boot profile list.
I have tried this in safe mode and also with Admin...

Any idears would be greatful!!
