MAJOR HELP....

Hello to anyone who can help me, i really have no idea
how to fix my problem and i need some help, i have a dell
inspiron 5150 notebook with windows xp pro and everytime
i go to turn it on and log on under my account a message
appears that says "error while trying to load
resource,reinstall program"(something like that) and it
has a saying of "sgtray" i don't know what that means or
what it is i have to do if anyone can help me out and
give me some info on what to do and how to fix my problem

That sounds like it's trying to load a program called "SpywareGuard". I
also use the program and it runs in my system tray. If you use that
program, try reinstalling it. BTW, most folks won't respond to an email
address because other folks wouldn't be able to see the reply.
