this a nasty?

I don't know what "maister module" is and it would have been helpful if
you had included the *exact* text of the error message. However, to
answer your question about whether your pc has a virus is very easy -
just run your current antivirus program, making sure the definitions
are updated. You *do* have av protection, right? Also, scan for and
remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and
Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com).
