Maintaining Change History

Hello,

I have a document that has tracked changes turned on and I have one round of
reviews and then accept or reject the changes. I then complete this same
process a second time before sending the document to a different set of
reviewers after which I finally accept or reject changes to give me the
finished document.

I would like to know if there is an easy way or a 'best practise' means of
always being able to look back at a document and view a complete change
history.

Word doesn't really provide anything like this. Best you could do would be to
save a copy of each document you get back, with all changes accepted. Then you
can do Tools/Compare and Merge documents to see how one of them differs from
another.
