Maintain formatting in signatures

When I select a New message, a new e-mail appears with my signature block but
the font size has all been changed to 10; the font size of my name in the
signature block should be 12.
 
I think the signature block has its own formatting. It won't necessarily
match that of the message body. If you edit the signature, what font size
shows there?
 
Thank you for your response Vince. When I select Edit and then Font, the
size is set to 10 so I changed it to 12. Results: no change.
Note the Preview is correctly displaying/showing my name at 12 and if I
select the Advanced Edit button, my name is correctly showing font size 12
but when I create a new e-mail, my name font size has changed to 10.
