Mailto hyperlink

Can I add to the "mailto" command so that clicking on it automatically sends
an email without opening the "compose new" window? I want to add Yes and No
feedback links that a user can click on after reading something - a blank
email with a subject is sufficient and I don't want the user to necessarily
see a new email box.

No.
If you want to automate some mail sending for your feedback, you should not
do this via the mail client on the user's computer.
Why not do it via a web form on a website or or a web script which takes
variables? You can then use these links and all the user has to do is click
on it.
