Mails go straight into deleted items

i am running outlook 2002 sp3 & when i receive mails from 1 particular mail
address it goes directly into deleted items - i have no rules set on. The
user is on the same outlook exchange.

Check your Junk Mail settings to make sure you don't have Delete Junk
Immediately selected. Then right click on the message and Mark as Not Junk as
well as add sender to safe sender list.
