mailmerge printing problems

Help. I think I have word 2003 and Windows somwthing? Forgive me I am very
new at this. I have created a mailmerge mailing labels. When I go to print
the labels are too far up off the label. When I increased the top margin the
first page was fixed but pages 2,3,4 are still messed up. THank you!

It suggests that you have changed a significant setting in normal.dot (the
global template) which labels use as its defaults. And when you mailmerge,
each page is a separate section, so you would have to correct every section.
Easiest though is to rename normal.dot as normal.bad and recreate your
merged labels.

1. You have added a header/footer to normal.dot (rename normal.dot)
2. The page sizse set in the printer properties doesn't match the page size
of the label sheet.
3. You have a scaling option set in the zoom section of the print dialog
4. Your printer has poor paper handling. Some printers will slip when faced
with label stock are incapable of feeding the label correctly. Cleaning the
rollers in the print path may help.
