Mail Merge and Outlook Categories

How do I create a list of mailing labels from my Outlook 2003 contacts and
filter by category?

I have many contacts flagged as "holiday cards" category. Now I want to
print in Word 2003 labele for only the contacts marked as this category.

But when I invoke MailMerge I am not given any options to specify the
category.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
