Mailing List freeware?

Is there any good freeware for sending out emails to a mailing list that
contains about 700 people? It doesn't need to be anonymous (I'm not
looking to spam) and basic features are fine.

Or, is it just easier to use something like Thunderbird and set up a
group in that(like I have been doing)? The only reason I don't want to
use Tunderbird is because I put the groupname on the BCC line and it
shows up to the recipient as being sent to "undisclosed-recipients:".
Ideally, I would like it to look like it was sent directly to each
person individually, without everyone else's email address showing up.

Thanks!

Take a look at WorldCast from fairlogic.com
It used to be shareware, but they seem to have shut down operations but
left the web site up.

Google Mail Them Pro 7.0

They Do have a FREE version
the only problem being it has
a message at the bottom of
each outgoing email that says:

"It is against the law to send spam."

or something similar.

But the program is very sophisticated
and would meet all of your newsletter
needs. I think it cost about $70 bucks.

Here is my info, links are like us, they die. If any of these links are
dead or are no longer freeware, at least you have the name of the
program which you put into a search engine like Google & maybe you can
let me know the latest info.
I am not recommending anything, my list gives you a starting point to
find something to suit your operating system ( most people do not even
mention it ) & skill level. What will work on my computer, may not be
happy on yours. What I can understand, re how to install & run, may not
apply to you.
