How do I create a second page of mailing labels in a single document?
G Graham Mayor Oct 31, 2008 #2 Once labels get above one page you should start to think about mail merge http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm which makes the whole thing far simpler to maintain; however if your label layout is just a simple table you can tab out of the last cell to create a new row. If it is a more complex label layout, with cells providing additional spacing, you would have to copy and paste the whole table. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<>
